Types of Membership

| Funeral Home and Crematory Membership |
Dues – $100 base + $3.50 x the number of annual calls reported in the FCCFA Death Statistics Report (Min. $250 – Max. $1500). Any Branch with the same name may join for $250 |
| Supplier Membership: Companies providing services or products relating to the death care profession. |
Dues – $450.00 annually |
Individual/Professional: A person who is licensed in the State of Florida under Chapter 497. (Does not include Death Statistics Report)

Individual Student: Interns or students in an accredited Mortuary School. (Does not include Death Statistics Report)

Dues – $25.00 annually

Other Individual: A person not qualifying under another membership category. (Does Not include Death Statistics Report)
